To begin you are advised open a free online payment account by clicking on the "My Account" icon at the very top of this page and filling out the required fields. Once your account is open you can pay for services using your Credit card / Debit card or Paypal account.
You can also continue without opening an account and pay as a guest but you will need to fill out details every time you visit
