Please note:

If you are on the Duo/Trio or Talk plan and you have made chargeable calls during the billing cycle, by either exceeding your 1000 free minutes or calling destinations not covered by the free zone,  these charges will not covered by this product. 

Any outstanding call charges will remain on account and need to be paid by another method, eg Pay a custom amount in this shop`, over the phone with a credit card or in the office.
